Adriene Bueno is a creator, community builder, and media partner from the Bay Area. With 14 years of experience across sports, media & entertainment, she has established herself as a trusted voice for industry executives and decision-makers.

She is the co-founder of Arena, a professional networking platform for executives in sports, media & entertainment. There, she leads marketing, community, and growth efforts for members including GMs, VPs, C-suite execs, Forbes honorees, and Emmy winners at major brands, leagues, teams, platforms, publishers, and venues.

She has also partnered and collaborated with brands including Meta, Fanatics, Notion, and Gamma creating executive-facing content during key launches and tentpole moments.

Previously, she managed creators at LinkedIn, where she helped executives, athletes, and artists build their professional brands. Before that, she held roles across marketing, content, and partnerships at the NBA, EA, LA Clippers, Adidas, IMAX, and FOX Sports.

Additionally, she is known for and popularizing #LinkedInSports and for amplifying diverse builders across sports, media & entertainment. She has been recognized by Sports Business Journal New Voices Under 30, Hispanic Executive's Latinos in Sports Rising Stars, and Hashtag Sports Creators of Color.

Adriene is a Latina and Filipina first-gen college grad who earned her degree from UCLA in Los Angeles. She spent 6 years in New York City before recently returning home to California.

In her free time, she loves running and taste-testing tacos/boba in new cities, binge watches TV shows, leaves her latest film review on Letterboxd, and listens to new audiobooks while running errands.
